Asphalt Sealing

One of the main sources of service we offer is asphalt sealing for residential and commercial driveways and parking lots. We provide crack sealing and patching when needed to help the blacktop be able to gain more years of life.
Crack Sealing

Crack sealing is a service that is added in with asphalt sealing, but it can also be a service to help extend any parking lot's life when sealing isn't asked.
Concrete Sealing
​
Concrete sealing is important for the investment of concrete. Concrete can be destroyed by salt use and sealing can help protect it from the use of road salt during the winter time. We subcontract the pressure washing to a company in the Attica area.
Concrete Staining
​
Concrete staining was added to the services provided by our company as when we go to reseal concrete, we can be able to touch up the stain on colored concrete.
Line Striping
​
Line striping is essential for all commercial properties to provide a parking space and access for handicap personnel. Parking lots can be pre-designed by engineers or we can design parking lot layouts along the ADA compliancies. We have also striped basketball courts that were on blacktop.
Sport Courts
​
We have done a couple basketball courts on blacktop. We can also do pickleball courts and tennis courts. Any other sporting courts can be done too.
